Our company establishes and maintains "assurance of customer satisfaction and product safety" by continuously reviewing and improving the product safety management system.

3. Building a management system for ensuring product safety
Our company maintains safety standards stipulated by law and our own safety standards, always conducts appropriate safety management, and strives to continuously improve safety.

4. Collection and Disclosure of Product Accident Information, etc.
We will actively collect information from our customers, etc. regarding accidents and problems related to our products, and will provide and disclose appropriate information to our customers, etc.

5. Response to Product Accidents
In the event of a product accident, the Company will take swift action in accordance with laws and regulations, and when deemed necessary for unforeseen product accidents, take measures to prevent the occurrence or spread of harm, such as recalling products.

6. Prevention of accidents due to misuse, etc.
In order to ensure that our customers can use our products safely, we provide warnings and displays in instruction manuals, product bodies, etc. that help avoid accidents due to improper use or carelessness.


7. Implementation of product safety education
